Are they going to fix the HVAC issues or are we going to continue to suffer until the site closes? It should never be above 80 degrees or below 65 degrees in the office. What a horrible work environment!

There are few problems with the building orientation - especially the West facing side. Additionally, the place is nearly empty all days. Folks walk in by 9 or 10 or 11, taking the so-called calls with India from home. And then whoever shows up leaves by 1 or 2.
This place is really a vacation spot. And now summer is here, half the employees have to be (ab)using this place.
If I, as an employee, can make this observation, imagine the management with the data in front of them on occupancy. So why spend millions heating and cooling this place to benefit the few hours one spends there.
Seriously, other than security guards no one is there for the 8-hour period. And they are not complaining yet.
Why fix anything?
This location will not exist soon enough.
@OP Call OSHA
Swipe and leave. No sense sitting in the heat being unproductive and feeling sick.
@OP just leave and stop complaining.
What a cute little troll.
get your butts to a growth location or stop whining. ppl who go to pennington are the ones who coffee badge and hide from their managers
Nobody cares. Zero accountability!
