You deal with this by giving less "F's". Life gets a lot easier and the blow hards that might get upset with you surprisingly survive just fine. Everything is fine, really. People are just really freaking out over a lot of nothing.

I think you all have too much time on your hands. All I see on this site is conspiracy theories and gibberish. I honestly thought a lot of this was some kid, but I don't think he's posting anymore, so what we're left with is an ambient level of lunatics. I know some of you are bat-sh-t crazy. That's a fact you can take to the bank. I'm sure as I was accused of something which I absolutely know for a fact didn't happen, so I know there's a bunch of lunatics, just didn't realize the magnitude.

@f3 I’m planning to retire in Europe as well. This country is a failed experiment, so many people have become so divided, it’s just a matter of time…. “I’m going home”, I like that.
What is irritating me is more and more departments wanting reports. They expect you to drop everything to run their reports for them. Then, they schedule meetings to discuss the reports. This is taking time away from me to be able to do my job.
Sounds like a nice way for useless people in power to be cheap.

You know what I’m really tired of? Smug a--holes that will do anything to placate FnF for political gain. Poor HR judgement (incompetence), ineffective/weak management skills crutched by persecuting the defenseless to “protect” their own. Toxic company policies that only exist to irritate and demotivate good employees. Pi-s poor judgement from executives and managers, total lack of business acumen, and a general lack of common sense. Zero corporate strategy (we look like a fish flopping around on the beach), and a lack of acknowledgement of the anti American policies that got us here. 50-70 years ago this wouldn’t have been tolerated in Europe or America, now it’s the norm. We need a common sense leader to put an end to all of this bullsh-t and clean house.
Tired of working ..Use the AI slop tools. AI slop presentations at Ford make my eye roll harder than Buster Keaton.
"If you don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss"... that the text in the Ford presentation tool does not make sense. Jargon salad and laziness. Take 20 slides to hide your main message... Essentially a digital big dic@ competition. Look how long my deck is.
