Man, it losers like you that don't belong at C1 to begin with! Too lazy to leave on your own, taking up a position that someone else could be using. You're PATHETIC!

@jy I agree COF has made DFS a TOXIC and I mean a really TOXIC workplace. It was such a good company that really cared about its employees. I feel like nothing but a number now to COF.

Not to be smart@ss, but pip doesn’t equal a layoff.

Layoffs hurt cof’s unemployment insurance and pip’s don’t.

Shareholders don’t like to see layoffs either because it makes their management look like clowns.

It’s true that there’s a severance package for both, but that’s about the only similarity.

Cap1 just uses the pip process as a cheap way to layoff people. I mean that figuratively and literally.

I am happy to take the severance package and leave. Discover is becoming toxic after acquired by Capital one.

@ag

Yes 30% stack ranking quota is likely as they want to cut costs fast for the merger.

Is the plan to only lay off Discover workers. Seems like you would want to layoff the bottom from both so you keep the best people.

I guess that is just part of Capital Ones favorites game.
