When they move you from Global Ops Permian to the Global Ops Baytown refinery. At that point, I think they are done. You will get to learn how to run the entire Permian as one “site” just like Baytown is one “site”. Plus, it’ll look even better for you on next year’s PDS because you’ve earned your Global Ops refinery merit badge.
