😂 it already is ….inside and out ….. they track outside with an ai timeline in tracks anything they want and sends alerts … some are hung ho using it to document people … good luck caz as you doc they using that tool to get rid of you lol some can’t see the forest thru the trees
All customer service representatives, love the wfh status. All it did was take your worth away and make you as valuable as an offshore representative. There are now one step closer to eliminating there job and handing it over to AI. The elimination of this department would be a huge saving for Verizon.
Customer service will be replaced with AI. You don’t need reps, supervisors or ops.
AI can replace the CEO. Easily.
