There is simply not enough people for the amount of work they keep piling on. Everyone is running on empty. Instead of always pouring profits back to investors, maybe put some of that back into headcount and the employees who are actually keeping things moving. It would go a long way.

This is a reason why many are leaving. Far fewer people to do the work, offshoring work has been a disaster and left people in North America to clean up the mess from incompetent India staff, advancement opportunities shrinking, and ranking system is worse than it's ever been.
Better to leave and be a shareholder than an employee these days.
I agree but that’s by design. Also the lack of supervision on daily ops and only focusing on (pds) value subjects really hurts. That is by design as well. Then add the favoritism in general really spotlights the gaps in ops of whatever group. I hope to find a place that cares about the people the work and some decent leadership when I leave this place.
Nothing will change until the whole thing breaks, and at that point it will be too late.
Lmao! Think of the shareholders (execs) bruh. Grandma going to go hungry if they hire someone in HC10. Don’t be selfish or else grandma will starve.
