Waters has acquired BDS, and a major reorganization is underway. The company has already begun laying off directors and associate directors across the BDS and Diagnostics divisions, affecting departments ranging from Quality to R&D. Managers and supervisors may possibly be facing the next wave of cuts as the reOrg continues with planned to reduce costs and streamline operations. Consider yourself fortunate to be on the other side of it. Congratulations!
