@q1 what should I do my manager comes 9:30 and leaves 3 just following mgr footsteps
@f7 tell that to people who still think they are above all. So many of them show up at 9:30, and the whole team disperses by 1:30. never in office for more than 4 hours.
Managers can't be bothered doing anything, so don't worry.

The only types who give a cr-p about this, are the loser mid-level egomaniacs who’s whole life is defined by their business card title and have absolutely no idea how to do their job without their subordinates. You know the type, think their the leader, when in reality they’re just over glorified local branch managers that everyone tries to avoid in general.
