of course it’s Gen Z , not the managers.

Take what you can get from the company and only look after your own interests. This is the new culture John Stankey cultivated.
What Gen Z workers? Seems like they never hire anyone new.
There are quite a few GenZ employees that get along great with the executive team. You can tell by the carpet burn on their knees.
Nice try Stankey!! I can tell it's you.
This isn't even a good troll cast. Try a different lure.
Admiration? There is nothing to admire unless you love destruction of value and burning hundreds of billions on bad deals. It’s not a secret. This was taught in the college classes they took.
@OP What is there to respect? The destruction of a once great American company? The guy has lost on every effort he’s undertaken. Who would respect that? Don’t forget respect is a two way street. He has to give respect to get respect.
Millennials and Gen Z want to WFH not be 5x RTO for some dinosaur company. Why would they respect a CEO who doesn’t respect them or their feedback. If any Gen Z’s are still working here they are actively looking for other employment that offers real flexibility with a WFH or Hybrid arrangement that over 80% of companies still offer today.
Loyalty is dead, market based now. No need for “respect” anymore.
Respect is a two-way street.
"Stankey hasn’t won in anything."
The S-B has figured out how to get paid despite a career of destruction. Look what he did at Warner. Every decision he made while he was president was reversed after he was relinquished of his duties.
Stankey hasn’t won in anything. Just look at his tenure. Numbers do not lie! Very much worked hand in hand in decision making with Randy on deals that went bust. Pushed most of the work to 3rd party vendors and moved innovation to fixed bid contractors. Donovan would have been a better choice.
Let's be clear, no genaration respects Stankey.
