Curious what the ceiling really is here, because mine didn’t exactly change my life.

25 year Pepsi veteran here. Even the promotion raise are not competitive with other CPG companies. The company goal is to get as much as possible from you while paying as little as possible.
I have a 25% raise for a 2 level jump.
Raises are tiny, regardless of your rating. It’s embarrassing. Only promotions will significantly affect your paycheck.
They're cutting back on bonuses. It started in 2025. Senior Mgr and below are seeing the cuts.
