I don’t have the guts to quit, but if they did it for me, it would make the decision easy. That’s where I am right now.

@3fv FIS is moving everyone to similar systems to reduce variation so it’s easier for an offshore employee. That’s the long term vision for FIS. Their is no innovation because the plan is to just survive off the revenue generated by the activity.
Honestly, I’ve been thinking about this and think that it would be a good opportunity to pivot. I know I’ll be okay and FIS has really gone down the drain unfortunately. Leadership (at the top) all seem to lack strategy, and it’s just blah
They may not do any layoffs. They will just outsource you to avoid severance.

yup I’m done with this place. Monthly layoffs for the past year and watching my team get smaller and smaller su-ks
