Thread regarding ExxonMobil Corp. layoffs

Design, Build, Buy India (DBBI)

DBBI is an official ExxonMobil acronym. What does it mean? I know what the letters stand for but what does it actually mean?

@OP Why do you keep spamming this website with these useless posts related to India?

Not knowing what these things stand for is a good indication that you don’t work at Exxon, and therefore shouldn’t give AF to begin with. Move on with your life.

Basically do as much as you can in India and ship it to site. Eventually they'll figure out how to get Indian workers to construct and commission it also.

For Permian means we are going to stop buying vessels like heater treaters and separators from manufacturers in Oklahoma and Texas or anywhere in the USA. Same for pumps, valves, compressors, transformers, flares, you name it. They want to get it all from India.
