I mean medtronic does stack ranking so it makes sense
How many of them get pass over for promotions?
@ag That's bullsh-t. More than 50% finish PIPs successfully. I work in HR.
It’s a classic setup to make RIFing you easier. Medtronic is outsourcing so many jobs to India. It’s only a matter of time I’ll be put on a PIP because I refuse to work 10 hour days like my Indian counterparts.
PIP is a classic, "Its time to look else where for a job" In 20yrs I've never heard someone survived a PIP. They are a setup for you to fail regardless of hard you try to be successful.
