Complete joke, waste of time, and total erosion of trust. Supervisor “arbitrarily” changed my input on the one pager after it went through 2 reviews, 1 with her and second with her and one level higher. Caught her red-handed and out came the confession. Complete waste of time, never again trusted her.
Providing KO feedback is also a waste of time. Just say you haven’t interacted enough to comment. The outcome of the assessment is already determined. Your KO feedback won’t change anything.
I haven’t completed any surveys in years. They just twist the feedback to fit their narrative. Complete waste of time. I don’t answer questions.
