anyone else feel the dread and insanity of changes after those february RIFs? centerwell and conviva clinical staff are hanging on by a thread. these poor patients!! all to give md bonuses for checking on at risk people. your average needs people good luck ..they dont bring bonus money to the non clinical strategy team who literally dont know roles or any in clinic processes. watch the train fully wreck next week. resignations pouring in.

@f9 education team is a joke. they end up relying on other SME to help bc they have no idea led by someone with a bachelors degree. strat came for high salary and no accountability and talk to the rest of us like we are stupid or with smirky weird giggling as they cut staff. demoralizing

The problem lies in the development and training of new programs. The perfect development team is so disconnected from the clinics, workflows, and logistics and they refuse to take any input. The education team is even worse. These are folks that HAVE done the job, yet they blindly administer this "training" that is absolute cr-p, at best. And the providers are still waiting on decent training from the last change.
The real problem is the leadership in PCO being out of touch, snakes, greedy, and toxic and the providers being able to do whatever they want. No accountability, no rules, no boundaries. The rules don't apply to everyone, but watch your back of you aren't leadership or a male provider!

the wheels aren't just off the track, there is a whole gang of bandits on the train robbing it blind including Jay Shetty (like he did his last POE) and Jim Rect um. Rhodes isn't robbing us, she just doesn't even have a compass (moral or otherwise) to guide us. Whomever wrote the above about Rhodes is the real deal. D E I needs to be changed to dispose every id--t from the top down!!!!

The strategy team is burning the “new program” down to the ground. They are probably paid tons of money while so many people were laid off. Treating your employees unfair is not OK which is exactly what this team is doing. This isn’t going to work like the rest of the programs didn’t and it’s stemming from senior leadership,
