I'm at the end of my MDT career, I can't wait for them to decide My career is about to end with the company. Sorry but true for many of us old timers.

@OP it’s more sad that our managers, directors, VPs have become Stepford Wives. They all spew the same company line about doing more with less, string together sentences of corporate jargon and push the employees beyond the brink of sanity, all while making it seem like it was your idea. I watch my colleagues trip all over themselves to beat deadlines and metrics in exchange for pats on the head. Where’s the self respect?

It was so sad in 2014 when Medtronic announced the acquisition of Covidien. Two really good companies eventually became one really large poorly run company! Seems like we now have Layoffs every year and restructuring every two years. And of course, the leadership team continues to blame everyone but themselves. More changes coming soon…….
