@s3 AH failed to give one of my guys access. Like it outright failed to perform the request, wasn't on our end at all. I went to askIT, it directed me to a w3 page, that page pointed me to slack, slack was locked with a message to go to askIT. Absolute joke. One of our guys suggested to just wait a day anf try again and it magically worked. IBM doesn't care about internal support or the employees.

Did AskIT really have a NPS score that low? Oh I believe it but just wow! Hard to believe they weren't all fired. Was that Jill Fourie's team? That would track. She reports to Lyteson.

Once, I asked IBM AI and Microsoft Pilot about one of IBM major product.
IBM AI answer was pure hallucination. Microsoft AI answer was better.

Let me repost as an IBM whistleblower. AI's internal tools are out and out fraud. They do not work and execs such as Matt Loathsome and Nickel Anddime are perpetuating fraud.

AskIT has a NPS of nearly -60. I don't think it is possible to design a solution on purpose with such a low score. This is the score you'd get if you served someone glass in their salad at a restaurant. CIO now only reports output - there is no other option for help - and refuses to report success rate (did it work?). That is because it doesn't work. Mandate 10% AI output by workers and report that increase as "success" instead. Output is irrelevant under these circumstances.

AskHR is pure garbage. It sends you back so many links because the AI has no idea what you asked or how to respond. In fact I recently asked it to tell me my vacation days and it kept telling me about sick days. Vacation != Sick. It was incapable of answering my question much less understanding what I asked. There is nothing remotely intelligent about this AI.

Just the tip of the iceberg! IBM's AI does not work and hasn't replaced a single worker with a solution capable of replacing their work. It is a cut to service. End of story.
