@hm Their continuation documentation didn’t pass whatever standards HR has in place.
If you no longer qualify for the accommodation, they are not going to renew anything.

I received notification that it eill expir J think, so I completed it again for 2026 and they don't send confirmation that it's in place. In Matrix it will show in place.
You need to initiate it, and you need to do it prior to your current one expiring. In 2025, I had 2 team members’ request get denied after having been approved in 2024.
It's employee initiated.
Have you...asked your manager? Or HR? That makes more sense than coming here.
@OP they’ll send you an email that your accommodation is expiring but then you have to go through the process all over again with filling out a new accommodation request.
