@10w they won’t be the last ones. With more automation, self service, simplified installs and simplified pricing… more groups will fall. Every E# is an expense.

That stinks, if TMO buys us I hope I can keep my field tech job. I’ve only been here a few years but shoot, the money is awesome compared to my required output on a daily basis. My favorite dispatches are to troubleshoot some kind of legacy circuits at a CO that no one has any records of!! Blow a few hours telling some circuit department that there isn’t any labels that would help identify anything so redispatch after you find the circuit record. Adios and talk to you in another 3 months!!
They don’t always pick Thursdays, maybe today maybe tomorrow but the are automating everything they can and likely selling to T-Mobile
