The pay cuts were Kenny Sharps idea he said in his CSC days they didn't give raises, the top took them on behalf of the staff.
Micky, Marry, Vinode, and the rest of the gang thought it was a good idea taking the staff pay.

To be fair Shouty is cut in the same as Mikey no 1 and many of the NYSE CEO's at the moment - just look at short term picture; maximizing profit ( in IT cutting down expensive employee overheads, WFR and offshoring much as possible ), taking as much as possible for themselves and outstripping much as possible before a) walking away or b) selling the parts of the company on
I swear I was just going to post this. This Salvino guy must be the absolute sc-m that we think he is and more.
Karma is a bi--h and I hope he and his family pay dearly for how he’s screwed us employees over for his personal gain.
And it must be the first time ever that a CEO has NOT wished his staff a merry Xmas. Absolutely outrageous.
