Does anyone know what the process in task manager looks like? Had it-agent consuming a decent amount of resource this morning: couldn't determine what it was and couldn't ki-l the process.

@104 Are you able to share what type of questions you are required to ask your employees? My supervisor and manager have been asking some weird questions lately during my 1 on 1 meetings. So i am curious if its related to this PEGA thing. Thank you!
LFG accommodations .....wow....how to say "we are trying to make it seem like you are disabled and can't perform your job responsibilities" - therefore making it so that they can try to justify letting you go under the guise of inability to perform ....gross. I knew someone who had LFG accommodations, and they put them on notice that they would no longer accommodate and would let them go if they didn't get up to speed. Luckily, that person managed to get transferred to a different dept before that happened.
PEGA? Is that part of the Pegasus platforms that are used? I am confused, I guess.
Sounds like shady surveillance to me in order to find a way to fire people. Definitely can result in lawsuits. I have never been asked about anything "PEGA". How are you supposed to answer that question if you don't even know the metrics used to keep track, or how, or when? Reminds me of when they changed the CPH in claim prod. Absolutely was like pulling teeth to get them to break down how the metrics were measured, and even them they couldn't answer the question completely.
I’ve never been more confused as a people leader on how to implement something. They want us to look at our employees daily Pega and ask them questions but also we can’t show them the daily pega. We also can’t tell them how it’s scored. I love that we get to be the clowns to implement with a bunch of talking around it from upper leadership. “Ask them why it’s lower. Maybe they need LFG accommodations” but no response or guidance on what to do when the staff have reasonable explanations and are meeting their workload prod, even if Pega is low.
As a people leader, it’s not even visible to me.
