A lot! When you become homeless. The 2% will get you a tarp and a cushion to sit on.

Curious what they will actually address with COPPER STRATEGY next Tuesday?
If you don't ask, probably not; or you'll get the bare minimum 2%. If you want a raise, be ready to explain why you deserve it like you would at any other company. Money doesn't show up at your door step on its own.
