Does Ramon survive Q1 earnings?

Stock is up 10% for the year but down a bunch after the 2025 reporting spike. If the market doesn't like Q1 I can't see how he's around by the end of the year.

He’s destroyed the culture and the business. Him and Ram. Keep pushing American jobs offshore. Cower to Elliot and sc--w your employees. Best thing to happen to Pepsi would be them out.

Key is whether enough cost cut with the Texas combined supply chain experiment. If not then he's out and it's on to re franchise bottling.

Frankly would rather just move directly to refranchise, it's the right decision anyway

@OP hopefully not. He’s destroyed the culture of this company, and let too many people go that helped make this place special.

He’ll keep collecting his bonus while not laying out his lower income employees though.
