Every single person here is unique, with something real to contribute. Specific experiences, distinct ways of solving problems, a whole stack of knowledge and skills built over time. You'd think that would make us the most valued asset in any company. Instead, FIS and most other corporations treat employees like interchangeable, inanimate resources. If that doesn't signal a profound loss of substance and direction in the economy, I don't know what does.

@fz for all we know you're making these posts and yelling at yourself bc you're bored and you just want to yell at people.
@x2 Which high salaries? We are working for FIS, right? There is no such thing here as a high salary.
@wt knowledge and experience equal efficiency. FIS fails to understand that faster and accurate saves money in the long run. They can only see the higher salaries that this knowledge and experience deserves. You can't have cheaper salaries AND this kind of talent.
@OP
They don’t realize they are in the knowledge business. The knowledge is what made this company awesome years ago
@d2 I think my posts reach exactly whom they should be reached.
@cw I have a feeling that the reach of the internet in this situation is broader than you can imagine. Everyone posting reveals something of themselves. Just like you did.
I have a feeling that we have a crying lady who has nothing to do, just posts random generic posts like this one. The point of this forum is to exchange information, not write generic sentences without any value for the reader.
Yes, we know FIS is doing a lot of bad things; we don’t need three posts a day to remind us of that.
@OP following their own logic, anyone could be swapped into any C suite job. Just give them a ninety days of training.
AI will will replace such pride soon. Rubbish post.
