Thread regarding Xerox Corp. layoffs

Stevie Severance

Ole SB got $2.2m severance paid out equally over 24 months, plus cash cash ABP bonus and family healthcare for the 24 months. Not too shabby for running a company in the ground.

Let's not forget, he gave his buddy JB a HUGE job which he was a complete failure in, no ONE could not argue with that. He never even earned an associates degree, and he lands a huge exec job. He barely understood what we selling 3 years after he was brought on. I don't know, I think he was going to be canned, but he finds a PE job, and SB keeps him on the board? Still on the board, JB?

If ANY manage at Xerox had a 30% decline during a 2 year time frame they would have been fired, with no severance and led out the building by security.
This man brought in his cronies, shouted buzz words for 4 years and led the company to a 90% decline. Embarrassing

Steve B is getting 50% of his full year 2026 bonus, even though he "left voluntarily" in February. "Further, pursuant to the Release Agreement, Mr. Bandrowczak has agreed to make himself reasonably available for a period of 90 days following the Separation Date to advise and consult with the Chief Executive Officer of Xerox on transition matters. Contingent upon his continued service through June 30, 2026 and his performance of such transition advisory services, Mr. Bandrowczak will be entitled to a prorated bonus under the 2026 Annual Bonus Plan to reflect service through June 30, 2026, payable in March 2027, subject to final plan results and approval by the Compensation and Human Capital Committee."

@pd 39 years would be 12 weeks pay. it WOULD be taxed at 22% if not more and COMPANY PROVIDED insurance DOES on termination date. They OFFER you the chance to buy into a COBRA plan at a cheaper rate but it is still out of pocket not company subsidized.

SB isn't even qualified to be a night manager at a Jack In The Box. Though the shoe fits, in a way

Ole Bandsthefacts walked away of his own volition according to the official email which was then reinforced by the new SLT so why we would he get any severance let alone nearly a 100K per month !
