Thread regarding ExxonMobil Corp. layoffs

Anyone know the new NSI% this year?

Heard a rumor it is higher for some teams versus others this year? e.g. EMTECH?

@32f I have heard from STPs and managers that by January teach section's head already knows the arrangement of their team. So the April meeting is just formality

If the % NSI is known prior to the assessment, then the assessment is fixed already. The names of NSI is already known today.

I guarantee you that the % OWD and every name of them is already know today.

The assessment is simply to have the middle 60% compete in a Hunger Game.

Ranking at EM is a fixed game, just to provide an auditable paper trail for decisions already made.

5%. Assessment in May for one part of EMTech.

To the EMTech haters, just know that most of us are trying to help the rest of the org and do a good job.

It is this kind of territorial cr-p that causes a lot of the problems in the org.

5% is the minimum NSI %, I’m sure the max is unlimited

I’m always amazed they can figure out the %NSI in each group before assessment. We must have such smart leaders.

@b5 I wouldn’t read into that. Not all of entech is that mate and some of Emps is that late.

Hearing 5-6% so far. Many groups have different targets, and that's not a new this year thing.

EMTEC groups are doing their rankings later this year. My manager said last year they were done first week of May but this year they are planning for mid June. He said PIP% is not communicated to them yet not sure he was lying or not

EMTEC? I suggest 100% to be put in that category.

Instruction has been to maximise bottom groups and there is no requirement to hit targets for top groups

It'll simply expand to engulf the number of souls required.
