Everyone loved the old CSOC feedback tool. Your email would beep on the weekend and you would rush to the office to login and see the slings and arrows.

There was a day when managers needed to collect 360 feedback when being considered for promotion and annual aggregate department feedback was shared and required a response to the great unwashed lower in the chain: Such accountability is long gone.
