I would talk to HR about not knowing your raise. You must have a manager even worse than the rest of us.

STILL DON’T HAVE A CLUE! Maybe I can figure it out myself tomorrow, assuming I get paid…? Did all other managers actually meet with their reports and let them know? HR took the benefits down so can’t find out that way. Why hide the ball like this—embarrassed by it?

They treat it like I use to treat beers in college: if I bought cheap beer I could have a lot of it. They choose quantity over quality, and if you are quality you better go elsewhere.

Getting pretty heavy on directors, too. The peon class gets the leftovers after the aristocrats loot the coffer.

How many VP’s are we up to now? It’s like a 10:1 ratio.

And the people they promote are jokes. Some of the biggest id--ts in the company.

Sounds like some folks work for huge giant sacks of $hit who use direct reports to climb the ladder

At least short joint was promoted to VP CCUS.

DEN management: raises/ promotions for me, but not for thee.

Sad that the minion class will keep subjecting themselves to this.

Is Denbury CCUS raining cash? I don’t think so…

Aethon’s CCUS team making it rain cash…wait, they don’t have CCUS

Aethon 15% retroactive from August. That’s how you treat and value employees.

As usual management communication is lacking, uninformed, and clueless.
No one is getting a 10% raise. That is just funny.

Does anyone get a 10% raise?

I haven’t heard anything about what the cost of living increase is or the bonus percentage!

I read if you haven’t had a 16% raise in the last year you have got a pay cut because of inflation.
Denbury leadership must think we don’t realize this….

Company’s earnings per share far exceeded last years as measured through third quarter, something like 150% increase. I’m scratching my head with this 3-5%.

Is better than a one year membership in the jelly of the month club?

You heard it here first.

Pathetic.

It was a giant, back handed pi-p slap to the face given that even Matador gave 10%.

That would be pretty nice if thats what we got. The 2% last year was pretty much just a slap in the face

The lower end is 6%, 10% not uncommon.

If the manager’s have the numbers then they should volunteer this information without having to be asked for it.

Ask your manager, they have the numbers now and can let you know before EOY
