What can I say that would resonate with you on moves we’ve made this week on change in our policies?

Would you take PIL when we NSI you because you don’t want to be living under constant pressure that you are more NSI away from being pushed out? Or would you still try PIP.
NRE coasters, what are you thinking ? Are you finally going to focus on your main job rather than building alternative career as a “Coach”

Ok well the weekend is going great. What’s interesting is what happens during the week when you watch people play king for a day. We got a bunch of new young arrogant supervisors and this is all going to their head. Before they could control things with minor levers like giving you a 0.5 percent raise versus a full 1 percent, wooptydodah, or tracking your days in the office and coloring little boxes on a chart. That was control. Now they have the power to completely destroy lives, wiping out future income and retirement security for those just a few years older than them. And suddenly that power is going straight to their head. They are on here gloating and insulting the small numbers of NREs left at ExxonMobil. It’s like watching their ego inflate in real time. Titles handed out like crowns, and suddenly they think they’re self-appointed gods. As if everyone’s just going to fall in line and worship accordingly. No humility, no sense of weight, just noise and arrogance dressed up as leadership. Lets see what happens. I’m sure this will end well, as it always does.

Where are these NEE coasters? They don’t exist. I haven’t seen them. You act like everyone who is NRE switches off. Not true. They survived decades of assessments.
