My non working period got over last month..but still didn't receive severance, anyone knows how many days does it take in Canada?

@6be which department? Tech? Did your manager called you or HR? It's 2 weeks for an year normally I heard, on the same boat.
@OP how much is severance pay at citi Canada. I got laid off last week from Mississauga. I received no notification. It was 2 minutes exit zoom call.
How do you receive it? Through direct deposit or by mail?
I was told to expect severance package within 60 days. I received it 58 days after my notice, 2 days before the end of my non-working period. It took 5 weeks after I signed to get severance pay.
Anyone else? It's unprofessional and unethical at least they should communicate the delay and a date.
Same here… it has been a long drawn out waiting game. The notice came in a flash and then the slow churn of waiting for what is next.
Just get it over with…
