Breaking News: Franklin Templeton moves final phone skill back on...

Final date is 04/27/2026. Not all details have been published yet.

Great job to the FIS executive team, looking straight at you, VP Ian McCoy! Be sure to give notes to the Sales Team to sell this success to future clients! Let them know all of the steps that FIS took to achieve this result.

There are still legacy FT employees not hired back. All of that tenured talent wasted right down the drain.

@pf having the TA back at FT is not problem free. The transition has been clunky. Calls being transferred from FT to FIS are not being done smoothly. In other words, no easy solutions to something that was FUBAR.

The same thing will happen to FIS after delivery and dev gets shipped to cognizant and zensar

@pf this can, also, be laid at the feet of FT CEO Jenny Johnson, President of FT Investor Services, Basil Fox, and SVP Ian McCoy. They wanted to save money on their client facing staff by outsourcing them. It was a cohesive, talented group, who were extremely good at their jobs. The TA was exceeding metrics, the client's were happy. They were fed into the FIS meatgrinder. Now, their reputation is in tatters and the outflows are terrible.

@OP having a vendor completely in charge of a customer facing product and fumble it, is crazy.

Customer Service is what America is, aside from consumerism and capitalism.

Thank God the TA is back at FT, although, past employees should be brought back
