We’re eliminating a lot of people. The round of layoffs like always are getting swept under the rug. We’re just expected to keep our heads down and focus on generating more revenue.

For anyone that been at Ruckus pre covid would know that we’re on a downward trend. Laying out the facts here but
Strong talent eliminated over the years purely all for cost savings. Most engineering resources are now overseas and quality of work has sharply dropped. Resolutions are slow because of time zone difference. Something that could be resolved in one day is now two days. You wait for the next team to get out of bed so you can tell them about yesterday’s problem.
The company is focused on the shareholders more than they are on the employees which is eating the company alive. Disgustingly horrible compensation packages that are designed to make you want to quit. Then the constant layoffs to improve quarterly EBITDA to look good quarter after quarter but if anything that’s a cancer that eating away talent and the company ability to innovate.
To be quite frank, this company is going to get phased out because the only people who are left is holding on until retirement. Majority of our stay are in their 60s.
working more for less money is the new norm, at commscope ruckus its been the case always.. underpaid overworked so chuck can buy cheese.
