This stupid company is always organic meaning, all the Execs are long timers (CEO, CTO, CFO..), so they have the same narrow minded mentality.
The company needs some people from outside who have vision and know how to do business. The current mo--ns do not fit for their positions and will only get worse...

Don't accept offer if they are not heavy. The management is very bad to squeeze your life . The management does profit recycling . They issue RSU for themself and use companies retained earnings to buy back the stock dilution.
The uncontrolled stock dilution had some control after Jana partner LLC. But still exist the dilution and buyback. that is why nothing left for ROE( return on Equity ).
