can any of the people who are in a union at a refinery tell their union rep that Houston engineers want to unionize and have the union get something started ASAP!!!!

O / E here and I beg to differ. We all know as we age our assessment will drop and a union would be helpful at that point. Agree leaving is the best option though.
No one O or E is going to risk creating a union. That’s 50% of the workforce.
