Some assessment groups have different distributions to allow more people to be ranked high or low. Seems fishy.

It’s not just RG—different organizations have their own distribution patterns. When LCS was first formed, they didn’t have the critical mass to apply a normal curve, so they ranked everyone as “average” or above.
