As the title says, make sure you are leaving honest reviews on places like glassdoor. I personally look at companies that are within the top 100 best companies to work at. It is a joke that EDJ is in the top 100. So make sure you are posting to get talent away from here.

@a6 Hahaha! All the GPs and directors that go over there always have to come back and tell us how awesome india is and over the top super great the contractors are, implying we su-k over here in the states because we won't work for slave wages or sit on a train for 2 hours to get to work. But, they now have a home office coming, so now this magical land called India no longer will have to have GPs coming over to babysit (part of legal contract with overseas vendors). Penny really doesn't hide it anymore how much she despises home office employees.
It probably is a top 100 place to work if you live in Hyderabad.
