I'm in therapy now thanks to this job. I did everything right, great reviews, no issues. New management is awful, threatening, plays favorites. I have a health condition that needs good insurance and I live somewhere with few other jobs. So I stay. But I'm done ki-ling myself for them.

I’ve offered this before to others who
posted similar thoughts: an outdoor hobby will do wonders. Doesn’t have to expensive: birdwatching, star gazing (get a decent app like Planets to help get started), walking in the morning (not after work; too stressed up… gotta be in the early morning), gardening. Or if you have a little extra cash to invest in yourself, try a second hand kayak, fishing, or camping. Weather is great right now for all these things and they help get your mind off the bad stuff and onto the good stuff.
TFC isn’t going to change. But you can control how you cope. I tried therapy too but a benevolent stranger isn’t what worked for me. I found other interests and I hope you can find them, too.

@OP - sorry to hear of your health issue. Hope you’re able to get it under control. I DEVELOPED HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE BECAUSE OF TRUIST
You are not alone. The favoritism, harassment, and awful management seems to run rampant here. Thankfully I do not have health issues but I stay because of a short commute.
Softer than Charmin.
@OP Make sure you file for hostile work environment with EEOC. You might get pain and suffering compensation if it's documented as work related. At least get 3 years' worth of free salary out of them.
