Any of my fellow non complaints get put on pip or reprimanded today? Didn't hear from management today not sure if that's good or bad haha.

My manager doesn’t care, but I asked him what is a full day to get counted as in office, 4 hours, 6 hours? I usually work 6 hours in office and 2 hours at home to and asked if that would count. He said he doesn’t know. No one told him anything.
In any case, he really doesn’t care unless his manager force him to write me up and put me on pip
I guess nobody knows no nuthin is the answer
I'm learning that this is all group dependent; I've heard from Sr. Managers today and was asked if I've been complying and I stated yes despite the report saying otherwise.
Funny thing is; they stated that it's a hot topic and they themselves don't know what constitutes a full day or how long we need to be in office. They also stated that they know it feels like micromanagement (because it is?) and know morale is low. Once again, if your upper-level managers report to important folks in the C-Suite, best believe they'll hound you. Last thing: I'm fully convinced we haven't seen the rules in their final form.
@a2 I’m not sure they were given direction to so much as they are choosing to hide out. Or hearing from above “we will look into it”. But the silence today is a bit deafening
I straight up asked my manager about it today and they had no additional info. Just said they think it’ll be fine and just meet the goal going forward. They’re completely remote anyway and close to retirement. Likely don’t care much anymore.
My management has been totally silent on all of it. I think everyone was blindsided. Especially the mid-level people managers, so I'd put money on them being told to say absolutely nothing until everyone has been given some kind of direction.
Funny, I was going to post something similar. Haven’t heard one word from management today. In general. About anything. Straight hidden and silent.
