Things are so messed up at Xerox right now that I’m constantly running into situations where no one can give me a clear answer to ANY question. You ask one person and they point you somewhere else, and it just keeps going in circles. I know decisions are being made somewhere, but no one knows where or how. So everything gets brought to a crawl as I have to guess who can give me a straight answer. Like I said, a mess.

@w9 exactly. It kind of threw me off when they said right now, it's always been.
Stock's way up today though, it's a turnaround reinvention is working

Wow could have written the original post myself. Not sure if i should feel happy I am not alone, or i need to come to the sad realization this is the end of a once great company.
@OP Amen. No one knows who can help with anything. It’s crazy that we have any customers left.
I've stopped asking questions and when people ask me, I tell them I do not know and move on.
