Would we still receive a meaningful performance rating in the end-of-year review if all goals are met except the return-to-office goal? Completing five out of six goals should still qualify as meaningful performance.

In accordance with the official "Talent and Performance" section within Workday, compliance with RTO is determined by the time spent in the office, rather than the actual output delivered to the business or projects. This metric does not account for activities such as surfing while seated at the office. Contrary to some perspectives, this metric has been officially adopted by our new leadership.
I think it depends on the department. I didn’t meet RTO goals last year and still got Meaningful and a little bit above my target bonus. Granted, I had a stretch assignment the last 6 months of the year since the person above left and wasn’t rehired so that may have been the justification to not punish me for not meeting RTO.
@a3 Same as me. Met all goals except being in office 11 days per month and got needs improvement and no raise for the first time in 25 years. My manager even told me it was solely because of the RTO goal.
I fully anticipate a 'needs improvement' on my annual this year purely from an RTO perspective. I'm below the minimum after they changed the metrics for Q1, and there's nothing I can do about that.
Honestly, none of us know anymore. That’s at the root of over 20 posts here since yesterday.
Nope. I completed all my goals and got a “needs improvement” last year and was told by my manager and HR goals didn’t matter and the ratings can be give arbitrarily based on whatever your manager feels like.
