If your unhappy, looking for an excuse to leave instead of be productive and work and are just waiting around to be laid off anyway, then how complicated is it to see the beneift in being offered a way to get paid to leave and save someone else from getting laid off?
You Xeroids are so f*ng entitled and obnoxious you cant comprehend the idea of getting paid to leave instead of setting around complaining about everything and letting people who like their jobs kee their jobs over you.
Lexmark has offered Voluntary reduction ahead of involuntary reduction for as long as I've worked here.
How so? It's a VRIF.
