RTO Tracker Missing Days

I come into an empty office 10-12 days a month. Why are my days missing? How is this goal bring tracked? Are we going to start tracking all of the “extra hours” I put in at home after being on calls all day.

The wait time for HR is 70 minutes. I am not giving up on this. Someone should have validated this data before publishing.

What's this, a 630am meeting? Declined. A 7am meeting? Declined. Nope, not happening. In the past I took these from home then commuted and did partial day in office. That no longer counts. Supposedly there's no minimum number of hours being used as the criteria yet (was told as long as we connect to on-site IP in a day, that day should count), but if that's the case something is very wrong with the data.

I'm in the same situation OP. I had compliance of 100% for many months in the past, with a few months of 82% when I took PTO. Now my average is below 30%. My location has 70+ seats but most days there's maybe 6 people there including me.

Sounds like you need to start calling your work days at 8 hours. Because no, if anything you working from home after hours will hurt you under this new system
