Probably with zero oversight to prevent fraud, but it’s ok because it’s an ‘underserved community’ - which is a huge lie since they are overserved.

Anyone that knows West Charlotte knows it is rapidly gentrifying so it won’t be the armpit of Mecklenburg county.
