@az Final agreement is sent after the termination, which for most folks is either April 11th or end of May (if covered by WARN)
Your best friend against Oracle is AI. Ask AI how and if you can sue Oracle. It will guide you through the process now that you have a lot of time
The bulk of the layoffs were a week ago do you really think there are a lot of people who still haven't signed the documents and moved on with their lives?
I submitted their form and then realized they are in Canada... I don't suppose they can help US citizens?
