So what's the point of this? They aren't getting paid 10 times what the average CFO is getting. This is the going rate to be CFO of a company as large as Oracle. The job carries a lot of responsibility and the salary reflects this. Post some real news... If you were qualified you should have applied.
Next year around this time:
"hmm, time for another bonus, how many should I RIF today?"
