#2I on Best Companies to Work For????

How? I’ve commented before that I am fully aware that these awards are bought and paid for. As in the firm has a whole apartment deck to applying for these awards every year in a massive budget set aside to start writing the check for the applications. But I do also know that they supposedly randomly send emails to a certain number of home office associates as well as field associates. I cannot imagine if this was true, that we would’ve made this list at all given the last year, much less number 21 — now I’m going down the rabbit hole trying to figure out when the surveys were sent? I’m thinking it HAD to be before the ISPs actually started getting announced in August? This is just absolutely not reflective of the culture today.

@ec I always take the survey and am brutally honest. I don’t recommend anyone want to work here. I am not happy and always looking for a new job anywhere but here. Just honest.

It's kind of like when surveys are not anynomyous regarding how happy people are at their jobs. Magically the numbers all show everyone is happy with no input on what is bothering them. Amazing huh? :-D

Branches are included in that survey population for Best Places to Work and it heavily skews that directions since branch associates outnumber home office almost 5:1.

It's an almost useless statistic to gauge company culture due to that.

Even with that, we we falling fairly quickly from #7 down to around #62 from approximately 2020-2023 before the random bounce back.

To your question, anything from this year's list is based on February 2025 surveys. If the survey has any integrity at all, I'd assume we'd drop back down since that was right around the time ER was shared. If it doesn't drop, it's almost certain these awards are bought and paid for.

Everything is fake and g@y at this place. No telling how much coin we had to dump into these "surveys" to get the results needed. They have stopped going over the home office surveys because the numbers looked like a masacre. Who are they trying to kid?

I don’t answer their surveys, I delete them. Alllll of them. I don’t know of many who actually complete them as far as those I trust at EDJ, which isn’t many.
