What you're dealing with here isn't how it has to be. I went to another big bank and everything is better. Nicer people, working tech, and leaders who actually try.

Was at Wells, got here and now I think its time to exit. Pls share where you landed
Wells will offer you about 20% more in pay but then you have the embarrassment of having Wells on your resume.
What bank? Give us more context and not superlatives.
