We lost more than half of our team. I have no idea how things will look from this point on. I'm worried we'll be reassigned to other teams, and I really don't want to lose my remaining coworkers or my manager. She's one of the few good ones left. I know layoffs are done, but I think the aftermath will be just as bad for the rest of us.

@OP honey, I'm sorry, but layoffs are far from done. Honestly, if you're lucky, they'll lay you off and you'll get your PTO paid out and severance. Either way, it's time to move on from Oracle, trust me
@b9 Accurate. My manager and one team colleague texted to check in on me once a couple weeks after I got laid off. That's it.
If you are let go, your beloved manager and coworkers will cut you off as if you were radioactive waste.
as others have said ...
prepare to do the next move on your own condition
we all stay for one reason or the other, but we should really get ready to move in our own terms ... not on theirs
Companies are companies, they don't care about us, and about colleagues/friends ... well everyone looks after their own career, they can't to do mine even if they wanted to (they could help, but it is up to me at the end of the day).
Prepare and move on ... whenever you are ready
To be honest, forget about your manager and coworkers and worry just about yourself, as everyone is doing the same.
Don't let them know that there still is a good manager out there!
They are driving them extinct!
Be strong and prepare to do the next move on your own condition. Staying each month longer there, it’s a waste of time, more frustration in this stressfull environment.
The layoffs aren't done, it is just a pause. This cycle will probably go on for the next couple of years. Plan accordingly.
