Tasks get passed from team to team because no one wants to claim them, and things keep getting missed. Then it all blows up into a last-minute rush to get it done. How can anybody expect for a company to run successfully like this?

@OP agree, the company runs due to a-s kissers and Yes people, (puppets) congrats Enbridge noone want to work there anymore. Glad I left, toxic place like that is not worth satying for. Oo and the HR department and payroll now they cant eves check employees pays as they will be questioned why are you looking at someone's pay, dummy ENB , because its their job ! This company became communist company, stay away from it, its all hush, hush, hush and lies, and promises and fake people in it, at least leaders ar so fake ...

SO TRUE!! “High Performance” at its finest! The lack of clear accountability is unreal and allows people to just pass the buck!! No one seems to want to do anything more than the bare minimum. We are never going to streamline and have accountability until we reorganize and get rid of a bunch of groups and unnecessary process! Let’s put the resources where they need to be and get rid of all the unnecessary!
