Thread regarding Centene Corp. layoffs

Executive Termination Payouts

If there was a change in control (this includes Cash Severance, Pro rata Bonus Payment, accelerated stock vesting etc) OR if they were termed for "no cause" :

Sarah London : $42M
Drew Asher: $25M
Chris Koster: $12M
Susan Smith: $8M
Tanya McNally: $6M

This is what the severance looks like for executives, peanuts for us!

This is great incentive to sell the company and walk away with a lot of money. The masses will lose their jobs and the exec will make millions. These execs have destroyed Centene. Imagine someone incompetent as Susan Smith walking away with $8 million in her pocket!!!!

@a7 go be loyal to another company and come back to this thread and report how well that went for you. You’re not built to handle a real leadership position. All you see is $$$.

We both know you’d blow those dollar amounts cause you su-k at managing money.

This will continue until the people realize that it’s not Democrat vs Republican, it’s the Guilded Class vs. the People. They like to divide us to keep us from seeing the real oppression. Keep us toiling away on the equivalent of a sweatshop assembly line while Big Brother (Pega) watches over your every move. Make no mistake, they are not one of you.

Nice - they can afford at the highest $42 million to give severance, but not enough to pay employees fair market value or give decent raises. If you are loyal to the corporation, you're a fool.

If this is true, then they are set for the rest of their lives. They will never have to work another day, worry where their next meal will come from, or if they will be homeless on the street. Meanwhile, the people who make them that money will be tossed to the curb like garbage. They shouldn't get severance, they should have to live off the millions they already made off their employees' backs.
